Piling works continue to progress steadily on site at Rayners Penn, with operations currently focused on the area of the future spa.
These works are being carried out by specialist contractors and have advanced well despite periods of challenging and persistently wet weather conditions on site.
With the piling nearing completion in this area, the groundworks team has now begun constructing capping beams. These beams will secure the tops of the piles and form a continuous structural base for the next stage of construction.
Once the capping beams are in place, excavation works will commence in the coming weeks, marking the transition to the next phase of below-ground construction.
