Activity will shortly commence on Hammersley Lane to facilitate power infrastructure upgrades and the formation of a new approved access point at Rayners Penn.

Piling works are progressing well at Rayners Penn, with activity currently focused on the future spa area.

A further planning amendment has been submitted to refine the approved underground design at Rayners Penn, with no impact on the appearance of the listed buildings.

Basement works at Rayners Penn are moving into their next phase, with piling operations scheduled to begin in early February.

Site preparation at Rayners continues to progress well, with asbestos removal underway and further enabling works planned ahead of the next construction phase.

Groundworks and infrastructure will commence following a rigorous selection process which saw Walter Lilly appointed as the main contractor for Phase Two.
